This privacy notice has been prepared by Koray Oto Kılıf ("Koray"), as data controller, to inform you about the personal data processed through our website under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
Personal data processed
Your name, phone number, email address, city and vehicle details and the content of your message that you share in the contact, quote request and review forms; IP address and browser information for site security; and, if you give consent, analytics cookie data.
Purposes of processing
To answer your requests and questions, prepare quotes, contact you, publish customer reviews, keep the site secure and, if you have consented, analyse how the site is used.
Legal grounds
KVKK Article 5/2 (c) processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, (f) legitimate interest and, where necessary, your explicit consent under Article 5/1.
Transfers
Your personal data is not shared with third parties other than the hosting and email providers we use and, where required by law, the competent public authorities. If you give consent, usage data may be transferred to our analytics provider (Yandex Metrica).
